At Optic Nerve Eyewear, we want you to see the world clearly and confidently. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your sunglasses within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your eyewear in its original protective case and box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned frames, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
